Consider joining the NACE Competency Deep Dive to solidify your vision and learn practical strategies for moving career readiness from the sidelines to an integrated, scaffolded part of the student experience.

    Join this interactive, one-day event and hear from colleagues with successful models for campus-wide competency integration that support students' career readiness.

    The event includes three themes:

    • Creating a vision and plan for scaling competency implementation across your campus;
    • Strategies for engaging faculty in NACE competency curriculum integration; and
    • Strategies for assessing NACE competency proficiency to measure the success and impact of NACE Competency interventions on the institution and students. 

    Following this program, you will be able to:

    • Engage in a collaborative experience to network with peers from other institutions and exchange strategies for expanding career readiness on campus;
    • Explore common successes and challenges in implementing competencies, with a focus on identifying practical and actionable solutions; and
    • Develop a clear vision and plan for your next phase of NACE competency expansion at our institution, with a particular focus on faculty engagement and assessment.
