Refund Policy

NACE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

  • Requests for a refund must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Requests for a refund must be made in writing. Requests may be directed to elemaster@naceweb.org or events@naceweb.org.
  • In some instances, a refund may be pro-rated to reflect the portion of the product/service that has already been used.
  • Sorry: There are no refunds for products delivered in PDF format.

NACE MEMBERSHIP

  • Membership cancellations received within 7 days of joining/renewing may be eligible to receive a full refund less $50 service fee.
  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Contact NACE Member Services at membership@naceweb.org, 610.625.1032.

CREDITS/REFUNDS FOR MLI

CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY

All cancellation/substitution requests must be made in writing. Send requests to events@naceweb.org or call 610.625.1026 for assistance.

CANCELLATION

  • In the event of extenuating circumstances and upon review from NACE leadership, a decision will be made regarding if a refund/credit is applicable. (credit to be used within one year of issue).
  • Non-illness or non-emergency cancellations received on or before ninety (90) days of the event are refundable but subject to a $150 administrative fee.
  • Cancellation requests received less than ninety (90) days of the event are nonrefundable. A credit equal to the value of the cancelled registration, less the $150 administrative fee, will be issued and will be valid for one year from date of issue.
  • No-shows at MLI are not eligible for a credit or refund.

Within ninety (90) days of the event you can transfer your registration to a colleague by following these steps:

SUBSTITUTION

  • Submit your request in writing to events@naceweb.org within 90 days of the event. Include your registration confirmation with your written request.
  • Only one transfer is allowed per original registration. Please note there may be additional charges if the membership status of the substitute is different than the registrant.

Due to required pre-work that all program participants must complete, no substitution requests will be accepted within less than ninety (90) days of the event. (Please note: NACE reserves the right to deny substitution requests.)
