In a letter to Richard Blasen of the U.S. Department of Education, the National Association of Colleges and Employers joined with other higher education associations in the Washington Higher Education Secretariat to provide comments about the proposed changes to the REPAYE income-driven repayment plan under Title IV of the Higher Education Act (HEA).
The proposal, designed to help reduce the burden of repayment for many borrowers, contains numerous recommendations offered by the higher ed community in recent years.
