Rebecca Krick, HRBP, The Cigna Group
Rebecca Krick is the senior recruiter advisor on the Early Careers Team specifically for the Technology Early Careers Development Program at The Cigna Group since 2021. In her role, she is instrumental in key recruitment strategy, the annual analysis of recruitment cycle metrics, and the offer management of early career IT professionals. Krick works directly with the leadership development director and the program manager of the Technology Early Careers Development Program in evolving long-term career planning strategies, monitoring college recruiting signs of progress, program goal attainment, and driving issue resolution. She joined WIN to continue to be inspired and learn from her peers while sharing her insights from working in start-ups and higher education.  Besides her role at The Cigna Group, she is a member of Philly SHRM; a co-Lead for the STEM Affinity Group for the National Association for Colleges and Employers (NACE), and serves as the immediate past president of the Temple University School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management Alumni Association.
