Bob Athwal has a unique background and perspective as he has been an employer, a vendor, and a university senior leader. Currently he is the global lead for Racial Diversity & Early Careers at Skyscanner. He is also the co-founder of three nonprofit organizations.

Maura Quinn, VP, Early Career, DEI & Talent Acq Programs, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company
Maura Quinn leads early career, DEI, and talent acquisition programs at Liberty Mutual. She has dedicated her career to designing, implementing, and continuously innovating recruiting initiatives and executing on best-in-class customer service to better attract, engage, and hire talent from all backgrounds for internships and entry-level positions. Maura’s commitment to social, cultural, and economic equity in the workplace allowed her to expand her DEI responsibilities enterprise-wide to help source and attract talent at all levels across the enterprise. She began this career journey with Liberty Mutual 22 years ago as a new college graduate. Maura graduated from Boston College with a bachelor's degree in human resources management and marketing. As an 18-year member of NACE, she has held several committee positions and co-chair assignments, including Board Member, Employer Director from 2019-2021. In 2016, Maura was the recipient of the NACE/Direct Employer’s Catalyst Award and in 2023, she received the RippleMatch Exceptional Leader Award, Enterprise Early Career Program.

Simon Kho, Vice President, Head of Campus Recruiting, Raymond James Financial Services, Inc.
Simon Kho is VP and head of Campus Recruiting at Raymond James Financial. He leads the team responsible for expanding the attraction, engagement, recruitment, and advancement of university students through diversity pipeline programs, summer internships, and new hire development programs. He has led talent management and acquisition functions, domestically and internationally, across many industries, including professional services, fintech, energy, investment banking, leadership consulting, and financial advisory. Kho has also worked in higher education administration at both private and public universities prior to moving into corporate human capital roles. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and a master’s degree from Fordham University.

Sherene Peart, Manager, University Recruitment, BASF Corporation
An experienced human resources leader, Sherene Peart has worked across multiple HR disciplines within technology and manufacturing organizations. Sherene currently leads the University Recruitment Team for BASF’s Professional and Leadership Development Programs where she leverages her expertise in performance management and training and development to enhance the capabilities and competencies of programs participants. These programs are a critical component to building BASF's internal talent pipeline and provide recent college graduates and experienced professionals, with advanced degrees (Masters, MBA, PhD), opportunities for accelerated learning and development through challenging and diverse rotational assignments.
