Employer Resouce Task Force
Committee Description:
The NACE Employer Resource Task Force will serve as a critical group of industry professionals dedicated to enhancing the resources, tools, and educational content offered to NACE members. This task force will work closely with NACE staff to ensure that the association remains the first resource employers turn to when seeking innovative, timely, and impactful solutions. The task force will provide invaluable feedback, content expertise, and propose new strategies to meet the evolving needs of employers in recruitment and talent development.
Goals:
• Champion Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Champion equitable support, representation, and opportunities for all.
• Lead Dialogue: Amplify the importance of the work of NACE and the professions by leading the dialogue among colleges, employers, policy makers, and the public.
• Provide quality research, content and programming: Increase member value through progressive research, content, and programming that address the needs of our field.
• Expand and cultivate community: Grow and diversify membership and increase audience participation, sense of belonging, and engagement.

Timeframe:
7/1/2025 to 6/30/2026
• Committee work to kick off July 2025 and continue through June 30, 2026.
• Implement updates and content development throughout the year (July - June).
• Actively participate in conference calls throughout the year.
Deliverables Expected:
· Offer Expert Feedback on NACE Resources:
o You will collaborate with NACE staff to provide feedback and insights on existing training programs, articles, and other resources for employers, ensuring they remain relevant, effective, and aligned with current trends in recruitment and talent management.
· Serve as Content Experts and Advisors:
o As a task force member, you will lend your expertise to guide the development of NACE's comprehensive employer learning journey model, offering input on content, structure, and best practices to ensure that it effectively meets the needs of both new and experienced recruiters.
· Address Emerging Trends and Issues:
o You will identify and propose solutions to the pressing challenges and trends that employers face in the talent acquisition space. This may involve developing new resources or enhancing existing ones to address issues such as inclusive excellence, virtual recruitment, and other relevant topics.
· Contribute to an In-Person Internship Summit:
o Help shape a specialized internship summit designed for employers, including deep dives into topics such as internship onboarding, candidate engagement strategies, and intern conversion tactics. You will help design the agenda, select topics, and guide the development of content for the summit to ensure it provides value and practical takeaways for employers.
· Develop a Web-Based Program for New Recruiters:
o Collaborate with NACE to develop a comprehensive, web-based program aimed at onboarding new recruiters. This program will cover critical topics such as organizing and running campus events, hosting virtual recruitment events, and understanding the technical tools needed to execute recruitment campaigns effectively.
