2024 NACE STUDENT SURVEY SWEEPSTAKES RULES FOR MEMBER INSTITUTIONS

Complete the survey and be entered for a chance to win a cash prize including:

• Official Student Rules

  1. No purchase necessary. One entry per eligible college student. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entry form is a completed NACE Student Survey.
  2. The Sweepstakes is open to eligible college students, 18 years of age or older, who are enrolled in a four-year or two-year college. Employees of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law.
  3. Entries are due by 12:00 a.m. (Eastern) on May 15, 2024. Winners will be selected by a random drawing at the National Association of Colleges and Employers, 1 E Broad Street, Ste 130 - 1005, Bethlehem, PA 18018-5934, on or before May 22, 2024. No duplicate winners are allowed. The Prize Winners will receive a prize notification via regular mail or e-mail within fifteen (15) days of the drawing. Winners must comply with all instructions in the prize notification which may include the completion of an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability that must be returned within 14 days of the date on the notification and must meet all of the eligibility requirements in these Official Rules or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. Any prize notification letter or prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to a randomly selected alternate winner. Prizes will be awarded to eligible participants.
  4. NACE and its agents are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, illegible, or incomplete, and such entries will not be eligible for the Sweepstakes.
  5. Liability for all applicable taxes, including all state, federal, and local taxes and/or other fees are the sole responsibility of the Winners.
  6. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use Winner's name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Entries become the sole property of NACE and will not be returned. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the National Association of College and Employers, their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising in connection with the contest.
  7. The National Association of Colleges and Employers is not responsible for injury or damage to the computer(s) used to view and/or download materials concerning this sweepstakes.
  8. Conduct: By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the judges. The Official Rules are posted here throughout the Sweepstakes. NACE reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual we find tampering with the entry process or website; acting in violation of the Official Rules; or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or showing intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
  9. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, the National Association of Colleges and Employers, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Career Services Rules

Distribute the 2024 NACE Student Survey to your eligible college students (18 years of age and up) and be entered for a chance to win NACE credit on account to be spent on NACE membership, event registrations, and/or product purchases for up to one year from the date of the drawing. See eligibility rules below.

Prizes include:

• Two (2) prizes of $500 each NACE credit on account

  1. The Sweepstakes is open to all eligible, NACE member participating Career Services Offices.
     
     To be eligible, 1) your career services office must e-mail the survey link to eligible college students by May 15, 2024, and 2) at least 5 completed responses must be received from students at your school. 3) College students aged 18 years and older are deemed eligible college students.
