NACE’s Inclusive Excellence Certificate provides opportunities to both gain and retool your inclusive practices. This cohort experience is designed to provide critical inclusive knowledge and ways to embed inclusive approaches throughout early talent recruitment and career services delivery functions.
Attendees will develop a playbook of strategies and resources to integrate diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility; share best practices; and manage resistance. This experience is a 16 hour prgram with scheduled times throughout the conference schedule. Upon completion, attendees will be awarded the Inclusive Excellence Certificate and SHRM hours/credits.
The National Association of Colleges and Employers is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
