Member Outreach Team
Committee Charge:
The Member Outreach Committee solidifies NACE's position as the premier association for colleges and employers through targeted and customized outreach and initiatives to current, former and potential members. The team will contribute to the overall success of NACE by achieving the following outcomes:
- Perform a review of former member organizations and initiate outreach for potential return to the organization.
- Solicit potential new members who are thought leaders through the coordination of direct outreach by the Board, Staff and Volunteer leaders in the organization.
- Research activity among larger Career Services offices and employers to understand potential gaps between their needs and what NACE provides (including understanding where else they go to get what they need).
- Consider and recommend opportunities to get under-engaged populations (ie financial services industry) more involved in NACE activity.
- Work with NACE staff (Nader) to develop a strategy to capture and track mentoring activity year over year.
