    This workshop will explore three core ways that this assessment tool can support employers. First, we will learn ways to use the NACE Competency Assessment Tool to build a common language and deep engagement with your core campus partners around what you expect from student interns and early career hires. Next, we will look at models for using the tool as a layer of assessment for developing your intern candidates. Finally, we will consider the use of NACE Career Readiness Competency framework overall, along with the Competency Assessment Tool, to improve the career development and performance in your internship and upskilling programs.
