Kerri Boivin is a university career services professional with more than 24 years of experience in the industry. She specializes in resume building, academic job-search strategies, workshops, career fairs, mock interviews, and job-search strategies for international students, as well as providing entrepreneurship resources.

Hussain Frosh, COO, Career Forge
Hussain Frosh, COO and co-founder of Career Forge, earned his bachelor’s in computer engineering from The Ohio State University. With experience in software development and management, he oversees customer success and operations.

Brian Krusell, Director Student Development Computer Science, University of Massachusetts - Amherst
Brian Krusell specializes in guiding computer science students toward fulfilling professional experiences. With expertise in tech-related change management, he works with students and alumni to facilitate personal and professional growth. He is passionate about empowering students to explore career opportunities and build networks.

Alicia Low, Manager of Operations and Events, [ARCHIVES]
Alicia Low leads the operations and events teams for OSU career services. She organizes job fairs, connection sessions, banquets, and other events to benefit the student population and their future career goals. An OSU alumna, she earned her B.S. in hotel and restaurant administration in 2011.

Ibtehaal Manji, Customer Service Manager, Career Forge
Ibtehaal Manji, customer success manager at Career Forge, is responsible for creating and delivering training to new users of Career Forge. She comes from a background in technical recruitment and careers services at one of the largest schools in the United States. She holds master’s degrees in education and instructional design.

David Nicol, , Career Forge
David Nicol, Career Forge CEO and co-founder, holds a Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from Georgia Tech. His current mission is merging business strategy and process improvement to simplify the career services workflow.

William Zwikelmaier, Director, Career Opp & Employer Relations, [ARCHIVES]
Will Zwikelmaier earned a bachelor's in music education from Central Methodist University in '06 & a master’s in education from CMU - St. Louis in '16. He holds an Ed.D. in STEM education enhancement from UMSL. With diverse experience in education and leadership, as COER director, he prioritizes student success and promotes S&T Miners to global employers.
