  • Summary

    Competency development and proficiency are the keys to greater equity in student success as they transition from college to career. It is also essential for employers to focus on building a successful and inclusive workforce.

    Join higher ed and industry leaders online at NACE’s Fall 2024 Competency Symposium, where we will explore groundbreaking practices for implementing and assessing career readiness competencies on campus and in organizations across four themes: Competency Assessment, Employer Insights, Competency Deep Dive, and Curriculum Integration (NEW for 2024).

    We also address the newly released NACE Competency Assessment Tool, a vital resource for both higher ed and early career recruiters to measure students’ proficiency in the NACE career readiness competencies and provide actionable feedback to improve career readiness.

    Following this program, you will be able to:

    • Learn how to integrate career readiness competencies campus-wide;
