You'll take part in 2.5 days of hands-on learning and interactive discussions with your peers in both the career services and early talent recruiting fields, getting a well-rounded picture of the issues your counterparts face, ultimately fostering relationships to help you continue to solve for those issues in the future. You'll work through various activities to explore challenges and identify areas to learn and grow specific to your institution, creating a custom playbook you can take with you to implement these new practices at your organization.
Additionally, you'll learn how to leverage NACE research at your institution to make it easier to find, identify, and use data to do your job more effectively and make a case for certain programs and services.
