• Summary

  This session will explore the strategies and elements involved in structuring an impactful internship program. From onboarding to offboarding, this presentation will give insight into creating an enriching experience for interns while aligning the program with broader organizational goals. This session is tailored for HR professionals, internship coordinators, and organizational leaders seeking to optimize their internship programs for both organization success and positive intern experiences.

  Following this program, you will be able to:

  • Develop a strong internship strategy: Integrate organizational goals to create a cohesive program;
  • Draft an effective communication plan: Engage interns and their leaders/mentors;
  • Plan supportive events: Align events with the programming strategy;
