Minh Huynh, Ph.D., is a managing director at KPMG. Prior to joining KPMG, Dr. Huynh was an Institute Fellow and vice president at the American Institutes for Research. He also served as chief of the Office of Economic Policy and Analysis at the U.S. Department of Labor and as senior economist and economic editor for the Social Security Administration. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from Boston College.
