Lucille Tasker is a software engineer and data scientist with three years of professional experience in data engineering. As the senior director of data and technology for Rewriting the Code, Inc. (RTC), she leads the organization in the responsible collection, stewardship, and visualization of RTC’s data. As the supervisor for a team of undergraduate data interns, she is closely connected to the lived experience of undergraduates transitioning to and through technical careers. Her role leverages quantitative and qualitative data to tell stories, inform programming, and maximize impact for women in tech.

Kate Dean-McKinney is a data visualization designer at Rewriting the Code. She transforms complex data into clear, compelling visuals that showcase RTC’s impact. She leads the design of partner-facing reports, dashboards, and presentations that elevate our data storytelling.
