  • Summary

    Most employers have the best of intentions when it comes to increasing and valuing diversity within their workforce, but many don’t know how to embed meaningful change rather than carrying out tick-box exercises. This session will showcase leading global employer case studies to look at different approaches and the rationale behind them, the pitfalls to be avoided, and the ultimate outcomes for the business. While this program is geared toward the employer audience, all are invited and welcomed to join the session.

    Following this program, you will be able to:

    • Describe ways to embed diversity and inclusion (D&I) throughout the future talent life cycle from attraction to development;
    • Discuss and share ideas and leading practices;
    • Articulate how to measure the impact of different D&I approaches; and
    • Identify what actions will be most effective for you and your business.
