This session will focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion; its value; and how to incorporate it systemically into our daily work. Through these efforts, Drew University has designed and implemented numerous models that have proven to be more inclusive and equitable for students and staff. Presenters will help attendees develop a greater understanding of the opportunities that create more equitable environments, experiences, and development for all students and colleagues. Practical steps on how to implement and improve the access and inclusion of programs and processes to facilitate a more equitable developmental experience for all will be discussed.
