    Session 1: Trends and Takeaways from the NACE Intern & Co-op Survey

    Presenters: Shawn VanDerziel, President CEO, NACE ; Joshua Kahn, Associate Director of Research and Public Policy, NACE

    This session will summarize key points from the 2025 NACE Internship & Co-Op Survey. Using the NACE Internship & Co-op Survey Dashboard, the presenters will explore data such as hiring projections for the 2024-25 programs and benchmarks from the 2023-24 programs. The presenters will discuss industry trends in conversion rates, wages, retention, and relocation assistance. These insights will help employers understand how to shape effective internship programs.
