Employer Engagement Strategy Task Force

Committee Charge: The Employer Engagement Strategy Task Force is charged with developing strategic recommendations to strengthen employer engagement and activation across the association. Building upon findings from the recently completed employer perception study and the forthcoming messaging framework developed by the association’s branding partner, the task force will translate insight into actionable strategies that deepen employer participation and expand peer-to-peer promotion of engagement opportunities. This work recognizes that sustained engagement — not membership alone — is the foundation for long-term employer growth and impact.
