Committee Charge: The Opportunity & Access Committee is charged with identifying where opportunity gaps exist within our profession and our association. Beyond just identification, we will offer actionable recommendations and strategies to help our members expand their participation, navigate advancement, and secure professional success in our association and beyond. Our commitment to opportunity and access is grounded in professional excellence, talent development, and the long-term strength of our field. This work is focused on identifying structural barriers and ensuring that members are equipped with guidance and best practices to help uncover pathways to participation and leadership and that paths are transparent, equitable, and sustainable.
