Whether you love leading the conversation or prefer hearing from others, NACE has an affinity group for you. Any NACE member may join one or more affinity groups and attend meetings as their availability allows—there are no formal attendance or participation requirements.

For members interested in connecting international students with career opportunities. This group is also space for members that recruit for global companies.
Individuals Serving & Recruiting Hispanic/Latin@x & HSI Students
For members that work at HSIs or who are interested in recruiting from HSIs.
Individuals Serving & Recruiting Indigenous & TCU Students
For members that work at TCUs and members interested in learning about TCUs.
Individuals Supporting & Recruiting Students with Disabilities
For members that work students that have disabilities and members that want to recruit from these students with disabilities.
Accessible Recruiting for All Abilities
For members who are veterans, work with students that are veterans, or recruit students that are veterans. Among other things, this group identifies and shares resources for veterans who are transitioning from service to civilian life.
