Early Engagement Strategies for Underrepresented and Underserved Students
Description:
In 2022, Wayfair launched its first Early Leaders Program for sophomore undergraduate students from historically underrepresented groups. Hear from two early career leaders as they discuss leveraging key partnerships, building buy in, and designing high-impact programming to build an early career engagement program from the ground up. Learning Objectives: Identify key supporters within a business who can help drive support for your early engagement program. Understand the key components of a successful early engagement program and how they can be modified to fit a company's organizational structure and culture.
