April 2024

  • April 10: Deadline for setting up your NACE24 Phoenix Mobile App virtual exhibit booth. New year, new mobile app. This year, exhibitors can create a full, interactive profile in the conference mobile app. Separate instructions will be sent directly to the primary booth contact. If you have not received the email from the vFairs platform, please contact us at businessdevelopment@naceweb.org.
  • April 30 at 8 a.m. PT: Shipments can begin arriving at the GES Advanced Warehouse.

May 2024

  • May 3: All payments are DUE IN FULL for NACE24 Phoenix. Late or non-payments will affect conference registration and onsite logistics. If you have any questions, please contact NACE Accounting at accounting@naceweb.org.
  • May 13: Deadline to reserve hotel rooms at discounted NACE24 conference rates. For the most immersive experience, book your rooms at our main hotels: Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, Hyatt Regency Phoenix, or Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel.
  • May 13: Deadline to order discounted GES exhibitor services.
  • May 15: Deadline to register exhibit staff for conference.
  • May 24: All payments are DUE IN FULL for NACE24 Virtual.
  • Submit GES Order Forms through the NACE24 Exhibitor Services Kit for internet, electricity, booth furnishings, and shipments to conference venue.
  • Submit Expo Logic order form for lead retrieval equipment, if applicable.
  • Download the new NACE24 Mobile App.
  • May 29 at 4:30 p.m. PT: Last day shipments will be received at the GES Advanced Warehouse without GES surcharges.

Locations & Travel Information

NACE has negotiated discounted group rates at nine hotels within walking distance of the Phoenix Convention Center. Attendees can easily walk, drive, bike, or take public transportation.

For the most immersive experience, book your rooms at our main hotels: Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, Hyatt Regency Phoenix, or Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel.

The deadline to make hotel reservations is May 13, 2024. We cannot guarantee availability of the discounted group rates after this date.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

You asked and we listened! We’ve streamlined the booth staff registration so you can use one link to register your complimentary and paid booth personnel. The new system is self-serve.

All exhibit booth staff must be registered for NACE24 Phoenix by May 15, 2024. As the primary contact for your organization's exhibit booth, you are responsible for ensuring your booth personnel are registered for NACE24.

Each exhibit booth receives:

  • (1) One complimentary, full-conference registration
  • (2) Two complimentary, booth personnel registrations

What's the difference?

Full-conference registration provides access to all conference workshops, food functions, special events, and networking activities.

Booth personnel registration provides access to the Exhibit Hall only. Booth personnel are welcome at the opening reception, beverage breaks, and lunches served in the Exhibit Hall.

Additional Booth Personnel Registration

If you would like to staff a fourth person, you can purchase an additional booth personnel registration for $300 (member/) or a full-conference registration for $895 (member/nonmember).

Fill out the exhibitor information form right away to ensure you don’t miss any promotions done by NACE! This must be completed to appear in the Exhibitor Showcase in the Spring issue of the NACE Journal (applicable to all early-bird registrations).

Note: Please ensure you give NACE the correct primary contact for your organization’s exhibit booth. All NACE communications will be directed to this individual, as well as inquiries from members of your organization regarding exhibitor registration.

Advanced Warehouse Information
Shipments should arrive on or between business days from: Tuesday, April 30, 2024 - Wednesday, May 29, 2024.
Warehouse receiving hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The warehouse is closed from 11 a.m. to noon every day and on holidays.

Can I host an event at NACE24?

All events held in conjunction with the 2024 NACE Conference & Expo must be approved by NACE using the Event Host Form.

NACE must approve all events regardless of event location (on or off property). Only conference attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and advertisers may host events in conjunction with NACE24, and NACE has the sole discretion to approve submitted event requests. Events must not conflict with the conference schedule.
