  • Exhibitor logo and descriptions due for NACE25 microsite, NACE Journal Exhibitor Showcase, and NACE25 Mobile App.

May 2025

  • May 2: All payments are DUE IN FULL for NACE25 Philly
  • May 3: Exhibitor Sales close
  • May 6: Advance shipments may begin arriving at GES warehouse
  • May 10: Deadline to submit GES Order Forms through the NACE25 Exhibitor Services Kit for internet, electricity, booth furnishings, and shipments to conference venue
  • May 14: Deadline to register booth personnel. Each booth receives one (1) complimentary full-conference registration and two (2) complimentary booth-personnel registrations
  • May 15: Deadline to reserve hotel rooms and receive NACE25 discounted conference rates
  • May 23: All payments are DUE IN FULL for NACE25 Virtual
  • May: Submit Expo Logic order form for lead retrieval equipment, if applicable
  • May: Download the NACE25 Mobile App.

Exhibitor Profile Information & Assets: Cadmium Platform

You will be uploading your exhibitor information and assets for NACE25 through a third-party website, Cadmium. This new process will guide you through building your exhibitor profile for the NACE25 Mobile App and supply us with assets for other marketing collateral.

All exhibitors will receive an email from Cadmium inviting you to the platform. The email will contain your unique username and password to log in. The email will come from Cadmium via donotreply@gocadmium.com. Each organization will receive one login. The primary exhibit contact is responsible for building the exhibitor profile. If you need assistance, please feel free to share your login with other team members.

Once you access the platform, be sure to complete all required tasks before the stated deadlines. If you have any questions or concerns regarding Cadmium, please contact us at businessdevelopment@naceweb.org.

Discounted Hotel and Travel Information

NACE has negotiated discounted group rates at several hotels within walking distance of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Attendees can easily walk, drive, bike, or take public transportation.

Stay in comfort and style with our premier NACE25 hotels, selected for their convenience to the convention center and exclusive attendee discounts. Booking within our block ensures a seamless experience while helping us meet important contractual commitments for the event’s success. Plan to arrive on Sunday, June 8 and depart on Thursday, June 12.

The deadline to make hotel reservations is May 15, 2025. We cannot guarantee availability of the discounted group rates after this date.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

NACE will send out email communication when we open exhibitor staff registration. Be sure to read all communications from NACE. You can also check back to this website for updates.

All exhibit booth staff must be registered for NACE25 Philly by May 14, 2025. As the primary contact for your organization's exhibit booth, you are responsible for ensuring your booth personnel are registered for NACE25.

Each 10’ x 10’ booth receives:

  • (1) One complimentary, full-conference registration
  • (2) Two complimentary, booth personnel registrations

Full-conference registration provides access to all conference workshops, food functions, special events, and networking activities.

Booth personnel registration provides access to the Expo Hall only. Booth personnel are welcome at the opening reception, beverage breaks, and lunches served in the Expo Hall.

Additional Booth Personnel Registration

After your complimentary slots have been filled, you will be able to register additional booth personnel (for an additional cost) on the Exhibitor Registration website page (Spring 2025).
