Participants in this session will use the Campus Talent Acquisition Scorecard to evaluate their campus programs across 10 key success factors. The impact will be immediate: Employers will see both problems and opportunities that were hidden and have a tool to start a constructive dialogue and goal setting with peers. Learning Objectives: Understand the many different components that make up a successful campus recruitment program. Identify challenges and opportunities in your campus programs to remove weak links and make improvements. Work collaboratively with your team to set priorities.
