Description:
In 2022, CDK Global’s Internship Program and Early Career Talent team won a coveted RippleMatch award: a Campus Forward Award for Large Early Career Programs, Small Team. This presentation will explore the strategies we employ—from recruitment tools, new technology, and program initiatives–to supplement our small but mighty team. Learning Objectives: Learn how a small team of two or three can lead and create an award-winning companywide internship program. Pursue new recruitment and program initiatives to supplement your own team’s resources. Actively explore Popl, a new recruiting platform and tool.
