The shift to skills-based hiring is occurring as, for the third straight year, less than 40% of employers say they will use GPA to screen job candidates.
Overall, employers expect to hire 0.6% more grads from the Class of 2025 than they hired from the Class of 2024, according to NACE’s Job Outlook 2025 Spring Update.
