Nancy Ancowitz, Career Director & Coach; Adjunct Instructor, New York University
Nancy Ancowitz is a career advancement coach. She’s also a career director at NYU, and previously, a vice president at JPMorgan. The author of Self-Promotion for Introverts®, her work has also been published in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal; she blogs for Psychology Today. A pioneer in the popular introvert literature, she's been speaking, writing about, and coaching introverts since the early 2000's. Marion Viray, Program Manager, [ARCHIVES]
Marion Viray is currently the employee engagement program coordinator on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion & Community Relations teams at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. Previously, he worked as an adjunct career counselor in the Career Development Center at Baruch College where he was the founder of the Professional Volunteer Program, helping professionals from all industries work one-on-one with the students on career development. He was also the founder of a year-long Technology Leadership Development Program for students interested in a career in technology. In addition to working at various academic settings such as New York University, Fordham University, and Pace University, He also worked in human resources for Moody’s Corporation and Bloomberg LP. At Moody’s Corporation, he was the diversity specialist, managing employee resource groups globally. At Bloomberg LP, he was a full cycle technical recruiter responsible for filling the financial software developer internships and full-time roles. Viray holds a master’s degree in counseling from New York University and his bachelor’s in psychology from San Diego State University.

Moshmi Sanagavarapu is the director of analytics at Initiative, an IPG Mediabrands company, where she leads a high performing team to provide market intelligence solutions to a leading Pharmaceutical company. She has 15+ years of professional experience driving data analytics initiatives at Fortune 500 firms across global markets with high proficiency in audience insights, analytical product development, go-to-market strategy and statistical techniques within the digital data ecosystem. She started her data and analytics journey at Bentley University where she graduated with a masters’ degree in marketing analytics, and she received her second master's in applied analytics from Columbia University, New York. She also has a management degree certificate from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata. She is also on the Governing Board of the Columbia Club of New York, along with active mentorship and volunteering with Columbia Venture Community.

Nicole Woodard, Senior Associate Director (EMBA), Cornell University - Johnson Graduate School of Management
Nicole Woodard is the senior associate director of Executive MBA (EMBA) Career Management at Cornell Johnson. She developed and manages the EMBA Leadership Coaching Program which provides one-to-one executive coaching around specific goals derived from a proprietary 360 assessment. Additionally, she co-created the EMBA career management curriculum which includes career advising, workshops and events for nearly 530 working professionals throughout North America. Woodard has worked on Wall Street, in entertainment, and, for more than15 years, she has coached executives and emerging leaders with organizations such as Deustche Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Target, Weill Cornell Medicine, as well as MLT, a nonprofit focused on career development for MBAs. She completed the coach training program at Columbia University and she is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) and WholeBrain Creativity Assessments (NBI™). She graduated with a degree in History from the University of Virginia where she has served on the Ridley Scholarship Board.
