  • Summary

    Many companies approach innovation as an austere concept or a race to purchase technology or expertise via vendors. This session, which encourages innovation as a critical necessity of being an impactful leader and organization, addresses key elements of getting started and shares successes and missteps of KPMG’s journey to transform its operations, delivery, expectations, and team behavior through a culture of innovation. This session challenges employers to build innovation within talent acquisition teams, regardless of size or budget, and explores how to mine, leverage, and reward the ideas of the team. Please note this session focuses upon driving innovation internally not upon innovation events, or programs for recruits.

    Following this program, you will be able to:

    • Articulate the business imperative of driving innovation within campus recruiting;
    • Leverage key considerations and roadmap for defining and driving innovation in culture and leadership of organization; and
    • Explore plausible formats and tools for hosting an internal innovation challenge.
