NACE Journal
Established in 1940, the NACE Journal is the nation's only professional magazine that speaks to both sides of the college career services and HR/staffing field. The Journal is filled with current, in-depth informationarticles, reports, and featureson what's really happening in the field. A subscription to the Journal is part of the NACE membership benefits package, but independent subscriptions are available.
The Journal is published four times a year: October, December, March, May. NACE members receive one subscription as part of their membership.
Subscriptions: $70 a year. (Note: If you hold e-membership or if there is an organizational membership at your location, you may order a one-year subscription for $50.) Spotlight Online
Spotlight Online is NACE's biweekly e-mail newsletter, featuring the field's hot topics, including current trends, the job market, legal issues, best practices, coming events, and more. You'll get the latest updates delivered right to your "inbox" on a biweekly basis.*
Spotlight Online is available in two versionsone features content directed toward the college career services practitioner, the other is focused on issues relevant to HR/staffing professionals who target new college graduates.
NACE members receive one subscription as part of their membership.

Salary Survey
Thousands of HR and compensation specialists across the country keep abreast of current starting salary offers to college graduates through NACE's Salary Surveytheir guide for setting competitive salaries at the critical entry level. Salary Survey also gives career services officers current data on beginning offers that they can share with students to prepare them for entering the working world. Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall editions of Salary Survey reports are issued in February, April, July, and September respectively. Each report provides national starting salary offers by discipline, degree level, job function, and industry group, and provides the average offer as well as ranges. Salary Survey covers almost 80 major fields of study, 50+ employer categories, and 80+ job functions for the bachelor's-degree level. In addition, Salary Survey provides starting salary information for 41 master's and 23 doctoral fields of study. 8-1/2 x 11 in. Report size ranges from 24 to 44 pages. NACE members receive one free subscription of four reports. Subscriptions: $300 each. Salary Survey Special Reports
Job Location Reports
Customized to your specifications, Job Location Reports let you target among the 50 most active employment centers in the nation. The report you order will provide localized salary data based on job locationnot on that of the graduating institution. You may select the specific degree/curricula disciplines in which you are interestedas many disciplines in as many centers as you wish.
Key School Reports
These customized reports offer you the opportunity to target the curricula and a group of schools for which you need data. The report combines the latest starting salary offers to students of the colleges and universities you choose, thus providing an average figure for each of your selected specific degree/curricula disciplines. There is no limit to the number of schools you may select; but to preserve the confidentiality of Salary Survey information, you must select a minimum of six schools. Your report will provide the combined averages of the starting salary data from the schools you've selected.

Regional Reports
Recruiters who focus their activities on particular regions of the country can determine those local going ratesand compete more effectively in their hiring effortswith our Regional Reports. These reports provide comparisons of the regional data with national data covering the same periods, thus giving the most current and most complete picture of the beginning salary scene available. NACE publishes two Regional Reports annually for each of the four regions defined by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics (Northeast, Midwest, South, and West). 8-1/2 x 11 in. Reports are issued in the Summer (July) and Fall (September) ($50 each). Members receive a 20 percent discount.
