Excellent - will springboard new professionals to leadership positions and give leaders knowledge and perspectives to be more effective. I'll use the skills I've gained every day. This was the most relevant and beneficial conference I've ever attended. It's focused, motivational, and provides tools to enhance your staff, yourself, and your career center in an organized, straight forward manner. A great experience! After all the conferences I've attended over the last 10 years, the information I gained in the MLI will be more beneficial to me overall as I continue in my career. I gained so much personal insight, tangible and concrete material to implement, and information to share with my colleagues than I anticipated. This was fantastic and I recommend the experience to all professionals in our field!! (Wish I had done this much earlier in my career!) |
