I will showcase the findings of my phenomenological qualitative study, "Hire" Education: Exploring the Role of Unconscious Bias in Hiring, and discuss the impact of unconscious bias on hiring and provide tactical suggestions to reduce biases to support positive hiring outcomes related to DEI initiatives.
