The Future of Unpaid Internships
Description:
NACE research has found that paid internships are key to a student’s career outcomes. However, paid internships are still not widely adopted into graduation requirements and are not equitably distributed across student demographics. We also know that unpaid internships are problematic for many reasons. We must all be part of the solution in creating better experiences and outcomes for students. Join us for this lively and interactive session as we share NACE’s newly released position on these topics as well as tools and strategies to help you advocate on your campus, your workplace, and with your legislators about internships.
