Inclusive University Talent Acquisition Strategy
Creating exposure and inclusivity for more students is part of the foundation of Uber's University hiring. To continue to diversify our intern class we have continued to expand our strategy beyond our core schools. We did this by expanding into new partnerships, experimenting with sourcing, and launching programs like UberSTAR, She++, and CareerPrep.
