In this session, Kiewit will discuss how to guarantee engagement at events and set up attendees for success by utilizing appropriate technology, Ambassador Programs, Front-Line Recruiter Trainings, and more! Learning Objectives: Build a schedule of events to effectively get the most from your time on campus and communicate impact of the trip back to stakeholders. Successfully pilot an Intern Ambassador Program to support on-campus events, increase referrals, and return time back to recruiters. Lead a successful training to employees returning to campus to ensure they’re set up for success on the University Recruiting best practices.
