The Baylor Career Center operates under a strategy that enables high levels of equitable student success, including a 99% FDS knowledge rate and nearly 90% undergraduate success rates. The strategy focuses on three aspects: specific student engagement, employer/recruiter relationships, and faculty/staff relationships, along with data analytics.
