Career assessments can be a foundation to self-awareness, but career staff need a way to provide an effective tool as a metric of future career engagement and successful outcomes. This session will help career staff identify exploratory assessment tools with students, and explain how to translate their engagement into data toward future career mobility. Learning Objectives: Identify how a university integrates career exploration tool metrics into student engagement data. Develop a roadmap where career exploration can be tracked toward engagement during school and metrics post-graduation.
