Employers will learn about the 10 pillars that drive success on campus. They will use a scorecard to evaluate their current campus strategy across those 10 pillars. The impact will be immediate: participants will see both problems and opportunities that were previously hidden and have a tool for a constructive dialogue and goal setting with colleagues.
