Using Restorative Practice Techniques in the Career Center
Description:
This session will introduce attendees to three proactive restorative practice techniques—a community circle, fishbowl, and fair practice—that enhance community building, problem solving, and decision making. Using such techniques can improve career center staffs' efficiency and work, as well as internal and external relationships.
