Engineering for Humanity: Career Competencies & Implicit Bias
Description:
One of the challenges in advancing DEI is demonstrating the value to those who may not recognize the relevance to their professional life. This session will discuss active learning strategies to embed concepts of implicit bias and career competencies in the student experience in a nonthreatening way.
