The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is preparing to send a wave of corporate scheduling announcement letters (CSALs) that will notify employers of their selection for upcoming compliance reviews.
While CSALs advise employers of its locations selected for OFCCP audits, they do not initiate an audit. Instead, it is followed by a “scheduling letter.” Within 30 days of receiving a scheduling letter, contractors must then provide OFCCP with their affirmative action plans.
Jackson Lewis LLP surmises that OFCCP will send the notification letters directly to the facilities to be audited and address them simply to “Human Resources Director.”
