What your colleagues had to say:

hi, i have read the article and indeed it is very informative. i am very much interested with the results because it is related to my line of duty. by the way, i'm working at the Career and Placement Office of our school. and we are also conducting surveys on college graduating students. in line with this, can you send me a copy of the questionnaire so i can make it as an additional reference. it would really be of great help.
thank you very much. hoping for your positive response to my request. God bless and more power.

The article really rings true for me personally, as a Baby Boomer with a daughter who is a Gen Y. The analysis is thorough and thoughtful, with useful information on what might motivate this next generation--who are critical to our future. They will be the majority of the workforce in the next decade.
