NACE Professional Development Webinar Proposal

Thank you for your interest in presenting a professional development webinar for NACE. To be considered, please complete the proposal below in its entirety. Please note that proposals may not be saved for future completion. To prepare your proposal responses, download this template.

Once you have submitted your proposal, a member of the NACE Professional Development Team will review your submission. A member of the NACE Professional Development Team may contact you if there are questions regarding your proposal. Determinations will be provided for all proposals.

Example:
0-5 minutes Topic introduction
5 – 15 minutes Review of pre-webinar survey results and discussion of how attendee responses compare to actual data.
15 – 30 minutes Presentation of learning concepts one and two; introduction of two poll questions related to learning concepts and discussion of attendee responses.
30 – 40 minutes Review of handout one and instructions for completion of handout at attendees’ organizations.
40 – 50 minutes Presentation of third learning concept
50 – 55 minutes Attendees complete their self- reflection worksheets.
55 – 60 minutes Attendees share and discuss self-reflection responses; Q&A.

NACE Professional Development Program Policies

Proposals are selected on the basis of information submitted. Presenters, titles, and content are expected to correspond to the proposal. Any speaker substitutions, deletions, or additions must be approved by NACE. NACE reserves the right to edit accepted presentations for publication online.

NACE professional development programs are noncommercial. Individuals should refrain from using brand names and endorsing specific products. Under no circumstances should the podium be used as a place for direct promotion of a presenter’s product, service, or monetary self-interest. Presenters also must refrain from overt statements, harsh language, or pointed humor that disparages the rightful dignity and social equity of any individual or group.

As a nonprofit educational association, NACE does not provide honoraria for webinars.
