About the Presenter
Meg Flournoy Senior Director, the Career Management Center, Duke University FuquaSchool of BusinessIn her role, Meg Flournoy provides guidance to Fuqua graduate business students and alumni interested in healthcare and global opportunities. She is in her 10th year at Duke. Experienced in the application of the principles of career coaching to workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions, she developed her coaching skills through positions at the University of Maryland University College, Muhlenberg College, and Lafayette College. Prior to Duke, Flournoy worked with undergraduate liberal arts students, engineering students, and evening graduate school students. She has also worked with companies on staff development, self-assessment, and team building. Flournoy holds a master's degree in counseling psychology from Lehigh University and a bachelor's degree in political science from Susquehanna University.
