* Spring 2011: Federal Pathways Program – 1) NACE Executive Director Marilyn Mackes testified at a public hearing on proposed regulations for implementing the Pathways Program (Executive Order 13562), which was established to “provide clear paths to Federal internships and potential careers in government for students and recent graduates.” Her testimony was incorporated into the public record. 2) A letter from the 2010-11 NACE President Tom Devlin and Executive Director Marilyn Mackes was sent to OPM Director John Berry regarding recommendations for incorporation into the regulations.
